Thermal dissipation from electronic circuits and added protection against water and moisture, corrosion, and oxidation of critical components.  This coating expels thermal heat from the substrate and is used for many additional applications.

Covalently bonds to all ferrous and non-ferrous metal alloys, acrylic and lexan windscreen surfaces, including other types of cured aircraft and industrial paints, for use on all aircraft horizontal and vertical surfaces. HS-745 Fire-Resistant Surface Coating

HS-1220 High-Temperature Resin System for Manufacturing Composites

Our HS-1220 is a Polysilazane Precursor Matrix dry powder high-performance and high-temperature resin system. This resin is designed and formulated for manufacturing composite & CMC type projects that need to take excessive heat while maintain structural integrity and strength. Operating service temperatures can vary dependent on the cure cycle used during the composite components creation and the fiber reinforcement used.. When cured in an “inert atmosphere” a silicon oxycarbide ceramic is formed offering up to 1221C/2230F air service temperature. A 150 to 200C “air cured” offers a maximum air service temperature of 600C/1112F.

HS-1230 High-Temperature Pre-Preg Resin

Our HS-1230 is a High Temperature single component clear liquid pre-preg resin. It is a carbosilazane matrix polymer precursor ceramic resin system. Elevated inert atmosphere cures offer up to 2190F .

HS-1450 High-Temperature Thermal Insulating Coating

The HS-1450 is a Polysilazane-Nano-Ceramic based Thermal Insulating Coating that is formulated to resist temperatures of 2400F as well as direct flame exposure. Additionally, it creates a water resistant barrier to help better protect the substrate structure.

HS-1465 Thermal Insulating Flex Coat

HS-980HT High Temperature Coating

Our HS-980 is a polysilazane formulated coating product that is an extreme high temperature protective coating that can sustain operating conditions of 1800 degrees F. The coating controls radiated heat from a source and restricts heat migration to adjacent surfaces.  This coating is designed for use where thermal migration control may be needed to help protect the surrounding environment and nearby components.  It is used when radiated heat needs to be greatly reduced.  It is a highly corrosion resistant coating that covalently bonds to all ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, composites, plastic alloys, and most other substrates.  The HS-980 is a high performance, VOC exempt, ambient and/or oven cured product and is applied as a thin film.

PRIMER COATING

HS-950 Adhesion Primer

Our HS-950 is also a primer coating.  It is a high-performance adhesion promoter that is designed to create an intrinsic bond to most difficult surfaces, materials and products including for high temperature applications, allowing other top coats to be applied even to polyethalene sheeting and similar, silicone surfaces, allows for intra-coat adhesion on or between silazane and similar chemistries.  It is applied micro-thin (at 1-3 microns) dry film. This coating was chemically designed to create a covalent bond to substrate materials.

HS-955 Hybrid Nano-Ceramic Clear Primer

HS-955 This coating is also a primer that promotes adhesion.  It is used for ambient temperature applications and is used where a clear or transparent look is needed.  It is a high-performance primer that offers Increased adhesion to many surfaces. It allows for an intrinsic bond between substrates and top coats and remains flexible. It is applied micro-thin (3-5 microns dry film) by HVLP with a fine misting spray.

HS-965

Our HS-965 is a chromate-free primer polysialzane-formulated coating. It is a single-component coating product that is corrosion, oxidation, and chemical resistant that has a covalent bond to all metals, composites, semi-rigid, and flexible plastic alloys and many other substrates.  It is able to endure operating conditions of 1800 degrees F as well as direct flame.  The coating applies as a thin film that is ambient or oven cure. This coating is designed for uses where corrosion protection is of the most importance regardless of environment conditions – from extreme heat or cold or chemical attack.  This chromate-free primer was designed for simple application and high performance.

HS-970 Thin-Film Polysilazane Coating

HS-970 is a polysilazane thin-film formulated coating product available in basic colors that offers extreme abrasion resistant, corrosion protection, and works at extreme operating temperatures.

HEAT DISSIPATING

HS-900 Series Nano-Ceramic Clear (900-901-902)

These coatings are thermal-dissipating and moisture protection clear silazane coatings which were originally designed as a circuit board coating but is used for many other applications.  This coating expels thermal heat from the substrate.  It is a hydrophobic and water-resistant sealer.  It is ambient air cured and creates a covalent bond to the substrate.  It is a single nano-ceramic clear thermal transferring coating that is electronically non-conductive.

MOLD RELASE & SEALANT

HS-920 Mold Tool Sealer

This sealer is a polysilazane formulated coating that contains no free silicones, is VOC exempt, and is air ambient cured.  The coatings soak deep into the micro-pores, pinholes, and micro-cracks, and the resin creates a covalent bond allowing it to become virtually part of the mold tool.  The coating does not create dimensional change to the mold tool.  The coating applies to the face side of the mold tool.  This product is also used for heavy machinery and equipment applications.

HS-930 Mold Release for Gel-Coat

HS-930 is an inert (benign) material containing no “free silicones”.  It has excellent release properties with Gel-coat and other surface coatings.

HS-940 Mold Tool Release Coat

This is a high temperature-resistant polysilazane-based coating that creates a covalent bond to the substrate giving it an intrinsic bond to the mold surface.  It is chemically resistant allowing for multiple pulls with little or no cleaning of the mold unit.  It will not contaminate the finished parts surface and has no free silicones.  It’s high temperature operating range of 900 plus degrees F makes it the perfect release material for thermal curing resin systems.  It applies thin at 2-3 microns.

WATER REPELLENT

HS-922 Extreme Waterproofing

The HS-922 is a single component solution that ambient cures creating and intrinsic bond to the substrate material penetrating deep into the fibers offering a self-lubricating dry fill on each fiber or stitching, greatly reducing fiber wear and excellent water repellent and hydrophobic properties.  It is for heavy service woven cloth goods and fibrous surfaces.

CLEAR CERAMIC COATINGS

HS-909 Clear Coating for Glass

This is a Nano-Ceramic Finish, which is an environmentally friendly, easy to apply Super-Slick Optically Clear long lasting thin film finish for almost any “smooth” surface including aircraft metal, window glass (inside and out), solar panels, optical lenses, mirrors (interior or exterior), acrylic windows, aircraft windscreens, smooth plastics, polished metals, solar reflectors.

HS-906 Nano-Ceramic Clear Coat (8-12 micron DFT)

This is for use on all aircraft horizontal and vertical surfaces, this is the perfect coating to protect and maintain aircraft windscreens on the ground or during operations.

HS-907 Nano-Ceramic Clear Coat (12-20 micron DFT)

This is for use on all aircraft horizontal and vertical surfaces, this product helps to reduce frictional drag, increase lift, increase speed and performance, decrease fuel consumption.

HS-908 Glass Sealer & Finish Nano-Ceramic Clear Coating

HS-908 creates a covalent bond that fuses it to the glass substrate for a permanent attachment.

HS-910 Nano-Ceramic Clear Coat

HS-910 is a Nano-ceramic clear coat that offers an unparalleled super-slick, non-stick surface that repels exhaust grime and ice.  It is ideal for aircraft and marine surfaces.  This product is also available in a higher solids nano-ceramic clear slick-coat especially designed for wind blades and aircraft surfaces where high performance and less drag is desired.

HS-910-C “Higher Solids” Nano-Ceramic Clear Slick-Coat

HS-910-C is ideal for top coating wind blades, aircraft surfaces, etc., where high performance and less drag is desired.  It is a high-performance, ambient air cure, clear hydrophobic super-slick product.  This coating produces a covalent bond to the substrate creating and intrinsic bond to surface.  It has excellent UV resistance, super high gloss, and is easily cleaned and maintained.

HS-752 Polysilazane Matrix High Performance Composite Resin System

This proprietary formulation exhibits excellent adhesion to carbon, glass, and a host of other fibers, TG-DMA of 245°C / 473°F, Tensile Modulus of 215,000 psi, Tensile Strength of 5,868 psi, Tensile elongation of 14%. Excellent properties for Pre-Preg, VARTM, Wet-lay-up, etc. Excellent pot life, Variable cure schedules to achieve desired production schedules and results.

The HS-924 Quick-Slick is a high performance, single component, ambient air cure thin-film product. Not only does it create a covalent bond to the substrate making an intrinsic part of the material, but it is an extreme hydrophobic coating with super slick properties giving the ability to greatly reducing drag.

HS-974 Polysilazane Nano-Ceramic in Colors

The HS-974 is a polysilazane thin-film formulated coating product that offers good abrasion resistant, corrosion protection, and high operating temperatures and.or direct flame. It is available in limited metallic and solid tone colors that withstand extremes.
