HS-930 is a high-performance, single component, wipe-on, ambient air cured product. It creates a covalent bond to the substrate giving it an intrinsic bond to the mold tool. HS-930 is an inert (benign) material containing no “free silicones”. It has excellent release properties with Gel-coat and other surface coatings.
This VOC-exempt solvent-based release is especially formulated for Gel-coat layups with the use of multiple coats of waxes, allowing for easy part pulls and reduced chance of mold tool damage and labor savings.
- Spray or wipe-on application, ambient cure, and short dry time
- Single application is all that is needed on an ongoing production basis
