This coating can be brushed, sprayed and dipped, and applied to a variety of porous and non-porous materials, and can be used in extreme high temperatures, and will retain the properties of Boron Nitride.

Our Boron Nitride Coatings are perfect release agents used in aluminum foundries, for the protections lades, dies, ingot, mold, permanent molds, and ceramic structures. Our coatings provide an excellent non-sticking and lubricating surface, to which neither aluminum, nor magnesium will adhere. Our Boron Nitride Release Coatings are stable in air, (up to 1000 deg C), show excellent non-wetting behavior, and with very good lubrication properties even at these high temperatures. Boron Nitride Coatings are environmentally friendly. Our Hexagon Boron Nitride Powder is a key ingredient , and can be formulated with water, oil and ethanol. These coatings are custom blended to meet specific requirements.
Boron Nitride Coatings, Lubricants, and Release Agents, remain lubricious and inert even at extremely high temperatures. Our Coatings made with Boron Nitride prevent sticking, and increases the life of dies and molds, improve product surface finishes, and reduces production time. Our Boron Nitride Coatings will inhibit corrosion and chemical attack.
